After the much hyped Millennium Tower project by CIDCO the possession of the flat were delayed by a year. No questions asked, the residents paid over Rs. 50 per. sq. ft. above the stated price and the possession was given without promised work complete. The CIDCO officials did not bother to inspect the flat, and till date there are flats with work incomplete.
